If you see a trip that you would like to attend, but the registration date has passed, call the Outdoor Recreation office at 380-4327 to see if there is still space available. Registration dates are the date by which a minimum number (determined by ODR) must be reached. If the minimum amount of attendees has been reached, then more people can sign up after the registration date. In other words, if you want to go, CALL!

- 6 hole Pitch N’ Putt golf course
- Skeet and Trap range
High Adventure & Sightseeing Trips
ODR also schedules High Adventure & Sightseeing Trips that may consist of activities such as Skydiving, Bungee Jumping, Rappelling, Whitewater Rafting, Skiing and Snowboarding, Land sailing, etc. If you have a specific adventure, or even an idea of an adventure you or your friends would like to go on, come and see our Outdoor Recreation specialists for recommendations and assistance with your trip. We have many destinations locally and afar for your consideration. Patrons scheduling trips must provide dates and targeted locations for their recreational interests. Patrons signing up for pre-scheduled trips are responsible for paying transportation and recreational event fees. Minimum and maximum participants will vary by trip. Fort Irwin Sportsman’s Club The Fort Irwin Sportsman’s Club is an on-post shooting range located on Goldstone Road across from the NTC Regimental Horse Stables. If you own personal weapons and would like to shoot them at the range on post, then become a member and join the fun! Membership fee is $10/year. Call ODR for more info.
